Troubleshooting a black screen

If you're experiencing a black screen on the media wall, here are a few steps you can try:


  1. First, check the manager application to see if the screen has been set to "interaction off." If it has, simply turn interaction back on.
  2. If the screen is still black, try using the screen off/on button to switch the screen back on.
  3. If the screen remains black, check to make sure that the power to the system is turned on. There may be a separate wall switch or the power switch on the media wall may have been turned off.
